You will not need a witness for your Primary Election Mail-in Ballot..

Follow the instructions for filling out and returning the ballot EXACTLY.

The envelope must be postmarked on or before 8-11 and be received by your county by the day before the county canvass, which may take place on the second or third day following the election.

If you feel your ballot will not arrive on time by US mail, you can return your ballot in person no later than 3 p.m. on Election Day to the election office that sent your ballot.

You may still have time to apply on-line here. and get a mail ballot sent to you. It would be an extremely tight timeline, so you could consider:
